"Absolutely inept. I had to take them to court to fulfill their guarantee after they failed to file my taxes properly while simultaneously managing to lose all of my original supporting documents. Everyone at the Monona office is a contracted temp, therefore nobody will take accountability when they make a mistake. It took over 18 months to resolve my issue. Customer service chats, phone calls with various managers and administrators, office visits when they ignored my calls, emails to their legal team, court dates, etc all failed. I literally had to send the sheriff to the Beltline office with a court order before they helped me. All that drama to file basic federal, state, and local taxes. I will never use their services again."
"We went in for help with military questions. They were not helpful at all - and then instead of quoting a price up front - did the whole return and then stuck us with $194 fee - which is outrageous - he only made $29K - his tax return would have been free online - we only went because of military questions which they would not go out of their way to even help with. This place should be ashamed charging that much -without telling is it would be so much before filling out the form, and for charging a military kid in the first place. We will NEVER go here again, nor recommend this place to anyone"
