"Last year at this location was fine. This year, I left my taxes with them the morning of April 7. I told them that if they needed to file an extension to do so. I called them yesterday and today and left three messages to return my call to let me know the status of everything. No calls. I called the 800 number on Friday and made an appointment to have someone call me at 10 am. It is almost noon and no call. Apparently this location is a bad one this year. 1 star is too many...last year was 5."

"Not only was it an awful experience in general, the lady helping us with our tax problem made it a point to say she didn't know what she was doing in the first place. Charged us $300 for her to do it, just to find out later it was done incorrectly. When you call to inform them of their mistake they talk over you on the phone and threaten you. This was our first time using H&R block an I can tell you now we will NEVER use them again nor will we be sighting their business to anyone else. Worst customer service ive ever seen."

"I recently got my taxes done at this location. I was highly disappointed by the customer service experience that I received. I booked an appointment online for 4:15 and when I arrived at the location I sat for 10 minutes before someone greeted me. They then asked why I was there and told them I had an appointment. The person then proceeded to tell me that I did not have an appointment. I showed them the confirmation message that I did have one booked and asked if I could see someone to get my taxes done. The person then said, “You’re lucky I’m still here. I was just about to walk out the door,” and proceeded to take me back to the cubicle. During my appointment, my preparer took three personal phone calls on their cell phone. I also had to correct them multiple times on incorrect numbers that were entered. There were two other preparers in the building besides the one that I was working with. The office phone kept ringing nonstop and every person in the building ignored it. After 30 minutes of the phone ringing nonstop, my preparer answered it. However, it continue to ring after that conversation was done and no one took care of it. overall, I am highly dissatisfied with how my appointment went. I took time out of my day to attend an appointment that I thought was scheduled and was met with very unprofessional service. I also felt pressured to purchase the added protection plan because of my preparer’s lack of attention to detail and having other distractions occurring around them."
