The Mann Valley Farm, located 2.5 miles northwest of River Falls, spans around 475 acres and houses beef, dairy, sheep, and swine operations. Both farms offer hands-on educational experiences for students in areas such as animal sciences, horticulture, crop and soil science, and agricultural engineering technology.

The Agricultural Science Building, located at 611 South 3rd Street in River Falls, Wisconsin, is home to the College of Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
