"I don’t recommend this company, we bought a gas fireplace 3 years ago and we continue to have problems with it turning off by itself since it was new. We’ve called them out numerous times, once the technician accused us of moving the logs. Claimed that was the problem. He moved them around and less than a day later the problem continues. Hopefully your competitor can fix it. Avoid!!!"
"This spring I purchased a Louisiana grill from these guys. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Of course the grill is great, but the customer experience was better! Had one small issue (not their fault) and they resolved it quick. Before you buy at a large chain store, check these guys out."
"I thought I had done my home work by shopping around for a top of the line fireplace unit. Then went on the hunt for a highly recommend honest contractor. After 16 months of planing I find it was all for nothing. My unit ran for a day and a half and quit. I have called several times but they never call me back. Once i did get ahold of some one they said it sounds like an electrical problem in the unit it's self. Now they say because I didn't have them install the unit they won't come look at it. They say it all falls back on my contractor which has reasured me he will be out to recheck his work. Sure would be nice if they would tell you these things when they take your $5,200 dollars funny thing my friend and I purchased the same unit on the same day. $10,400. That's big bucks. You can rest assured that this is is far from over. We will see what the contractor finds if anything that would pertain to any faulty work on his part. Will keep you all updated but I just wanted you to know how this company conducts their business and how they treat their customers. Guess that's their way of saying Merry Christmas one week before the holidays."
