Tumbled Rock Brewery & Kitchen

"Popped in yesterday about 3:00 on a Wednesday....for online saying they opened @ 11....not many cars in the lot, ok by me! We made our way the Brewery building. Opened the door...all the chairs were still up on tables. Made a couple "hellooo?" no answer so we tried our luck at the Kitchen building..... there we go! You enter to a hostess and merch on the other side. She greeted us and we entered to an empty room except for one fellow so we had our pick of spots; we opted for my preferred standard height table. We were quickly greeted by the delightful Romanian Georgiana w a beverage menu, Wednesday tacos menu and a food menu. As I discussed the beers w Georgiana she said a flight of five was $12 and if I just wanted two 5oz pours it would be $10, so I opted for the flight. I appreciated all the informative & fun conversation w Georgiana. I opted for beers: Scottys Scotch Ale, Boats & Prost, Baggs Fly Free, Udders Up. & Copper Falls Munich Dunkel. All were pretty good, surprisingly I think the Udders Up cream ale was my favorite. We sat a few tables away from the roaring fireplace, but could feel the heat... thanks Tumbled Rock!! The space was bright and comfortable. I noticed a garage door & there is quite a space between the buildings....one would assume it may be quite the patio atmosphere in the right season!! I really liked that the location was easy to find but it's not in the hustle and bustle of downtown. I also caught view of the kitchen.....a big brick oven pizza oven... I'm sure puts out quite the meal. Thanks Tumbled Rock for being a great destination brewery that provided absolutely delightful staff serving good brews in an inviting atmosphere!! I truly enjoyed the large canvas prints near the top of the wall on the fireplace wall and the booth/parking lot wall. Cheers!"

"Have been here a handful of times with great experiences! Cocktails & food are wonderful. Love the beautiful outdoor space! Wonderful kid friendly kids menu. Pictured is the power salad with steak & an old fashioned. Both were wonderful! Have been back for the salad there times since! So good!!"

"The birria nachos were sooo good! Really nice restaurant and bar. The pizzas were alright, the brussel appetizers tasted pretty burnt and we returned it, service was so so, but overall experience was decent."

"Build a kitchen and brewery with seasonal outdoor entertainment in Devil’s Lake State Park’s backyard and this is what you have. Peak times, weekends and holidays makes this place an absolute zoo due to its near perfect location - often you’ll find yourself parking across the street and praying for a table. The rock Reuben is a solid choice, and the pickled vegetables side is a nice touch. Taking a star off due to drink prices, which are absent from the menu (typical with high end restaurants, but crowds here are coming from camping and hiking, often dirty and dressed down). Then when the bill comes, your less than a pint IPA is near ten dollars when your entire lunch was only fifteen."

"Great Service! Our waitress, Morgan, suggested The Farm Woodfire Pizza- Gluten Free, and it did not disappoint!! So good! I had the pizza with A Loon Juice Cider- Yum! My husband had their Buffalo Meatloaf Dinner with a flight, which he enjoyed. Great place, live music when we were there, highly recommend!!"
