"An older facility that could use major updating. My granddaughters birthday party was held there. It was disappointing to find out that they do not provide towels for the pool party guests...it's such a basic service that would have had such a positive impact on the experience. For the children that forgot towels, it was a cold, miserable experience, I'm sure."

"Honestly, a little disappointed. We came and paid for a 5 year olds birthday party and didn’t exactly feel welcome. We had about 40 people, but only about 20 who used the pool and 6 of the 20 were adults in the pool and another couple outside of the pool. That being said, the lifeguard was extremely rude. We were told that even when an adult next to them and while wearing life jackets, kids could not go into the deeper end of the pool. That left everyone pretty corralled into one corner of the pool. We were also told we could not use the floaties because two lifeguards would be needed for that, when there was only one. It’s not like this event was free. We paid over $100 for a couple of hours and did our own cleanup/set up. We were “warned” that the staff working was on the verge of quitting….which is a little crazy to me. As rude as the lifeguard was, I’m starting to also question the management. I get that staffing is challenging right now, but for how desperate you seem to be for lifeguards I saw no “hiring” signage at the facility or even on your site. Why are you not advertising for staff? Why are you not training and pulling other staff from management/other areas to cover these things and put less pressure on the single lifeguard that you know is “on the verge of quitting”? I don’t get it. If you don’t feel that you can handle parties right now, at your typical capacity (appropriately lifeguarded to utilize all aspects of the pool)—than you should decline the party or offer it at a discounted rate considering the discounted service being provided? I’ve never been here and I’m disappointed that this was my first experience and interaction considering this is one of the only community pools in the area. Didn’t feel like a community pool with how we were treated. I hope there’s some changes in the future or some reconsiderations for how things look in the future."

"Very nice place to have a concert. If not that there is lots to do. Wish there was one like this in our area."
