"Absolutely horrible service! If I can give a zero star I would. Came in for quote and asked the front receptionist for a quote for my front fender. Was stated "CANNOT do that for you!"...wait, what!? Why? Are you backed up? Falling behind? On lunch? Was completely surprised by the statement and attitude as if I interrupted him eating his donut. He looked at his papers and I stated you know what, since you can't do it, I'll go somewhere else. Was just absolutely shocked especially after reviewing ratings. Took my business across the street to Superior Auto body."

I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with as I had to make last minute cancelations twice over, but he kept his professionalism and ensured I received the same high quality craftsmanship as everyone else. Mark made my little SUV look brand new again after a deer side swiped me. He even went the extra mile to remove a previous aftermarket film on my old headlamp in order for it to match the new one he installed. High praise and accolades are much deserved for this incredible business. Thanks for the amazing work!"
"Mark is the friendliest mechanic I've ever met. Explains things well unlike most mechanics. He's the first mechanic I've taken my car to that I've gotten the feeling he actually cared about my customer service experience. Replaced control arm bushings and a wheel bearing in my mustang - she's running like a dream now. Will definitely be going back for any repairs in the future. Can't recommend this place enough!"
