Our graduates possess the qualities of strong leaders and enter the service with integrity, courage, loyalty, respect, selfless service, and honor. The program offers extensive leadership development initiatives, advanced military skills training, and thorough career preparation. During the first two years at SNC, students progress through basic military science coursework to determine if military service is a good fit without a commitment. In the third year, students enter the professional program and officially commit to military service, developing the skills of an officer. An accelerated two-year program is also available for those playing catch-up, including basic and advanced training camps during the summer.
