"The place was trashed!! None of the tables were cleared, so there was no place clean to sit. There were no utensils to eat with. When I asked for a fork I got aditude from the lady at the register. The garbages were overflowing and spewed all over the floor. We got chips and they were terribly stale. Yuck!!"

"I used to love this place! But holy cow I walked in when they opened and the place was messy like they hadn’t cleaned at all. Then I ordered two veggie burritos and the guy skimped like none other! You couldn’t even call them burritos more like a small kids taco. Then I was charged for large sides of queso n guac when I barely got a small. $32 for two small tacos n 2 tiny sides, save your money and go to margaritas or El scrape."
"As much as I hate to say it, the service is incredibly poor. The bathroom was filthy. The person who started my bowl got things rolling with no issue. The person behind the counter cooking chips was also eating them out of the newly done batches and proceeded to keep going. No glove changes/hand washing/etc. The person who took over for the second half of my bowl couldn’t be heard anytime she said anything. I had to ask her to repeat almost all she said. The man ringing the previous person in front of me ran out to to the parking lot and completely ignored me when he came back in- and started stocking boxes in the back. Several employees continued to ignore the checkout line that was forming, and I waited several minutes. Most of the tables are also dirty. The girl who was finishing making orders ended up having to then check everyone out after. Sadly, I won’t be returning."
"Went here on 7/27/23 @ 12:50pm Very busy place, the line was backed up to the door as u walk in. Few people ahead of me got out of line and left(didn’t want to wait). The line did move along very fast. It is just extremely busy because the Packers training camp is going on today. Ordered up the steak burrito today. Eveything was very fresh. As stated earlier, very busy in the store today. The tables showed it. Nothing was washed down or clean. The trash was all full. The floors really needed a good sweeping and wash. I would recommend this place even though they were super busy because the food is always consistent and fresh. If u don’t want to deal with the long line, order ahead off the app. Until the next review, Steve-o out!"
