"The nail artists are very friendly and easy to talk to but I spent $60 for a dip manicure that lasted about 20 minutes. This place is nasty dirty and all equipment is dirty. I would be fine with dirty if the price was low but I can spend the same amount at a beautiful location that actually cares about cleanliness. Do t go here until they do a major update. This place is gross."

"I’ve been going to this establishment for years and I won’t go anywhere else. Very family oriented place and no other place has ever done my nails the way Kim does. She take’s great care of me and my mom. This place will forever be my go to spot!"

"I was originally very happy with how my nails turned out, but when I went home not even an hr later my ring finger nails Started to peel and got on some of my other nails, however I was the last customer that day and I had to wait till the next day to come back, I really wanted to love this place to make it my regular nail place, however when I went back the next day I was in a hurry and had a doctors appointment at 430. So I asked for a refund and would deal with the mess, the lady behind the counter got super rude and when I confronted her she got even more rude, asking why I wanted a refund, and asking customers leaving if they thought she was being rude to me. Making me feel very uncomfortable and not even wanting to stay to get them fixed. She even raised her voice more than she already had when I first brought it up. Thankfully the lady that did my nails the evening before Joyce had come up and offered to just do a repainting of all my nails if that’s what I wanted. So it was either waste the money I paid on my nails, and go to my appointment or sit there get a repainting and miss my appointment, of course I had her fix my nails cause I paid for them. Overall I was very happy with my nail tech Joyce, but that lady behind the counter was just so rude to me I really don’t even wanna go back. This would be my last resort if I had nowhere else to go. She could have definitely handled the situation and herself better than what she did. When I think of going to get my nails and toes done I think of relaxing and friendly environment overall I left the second day very overwhelmed with rudeness and judgment instead of relaxation and friendliness."
