"Bought tires online, delivered to Nitro Walmart, waited almost four hours for them to tell me they couldn't get bolts off and to take their product elsewhere to have them put on. It took less than 30 minutes for elsewhere to remove, bolts, old tires, balance new tires and put all four on the car. Called to talk to the Store Manager four times. Sucks to be Walmart Auto Care Center in Nitro Marketplace."

"They've spent more time fixing their own installation errors than anything by far. Even with no line or no other customers they'll sit around and smoke a cigarette for nearly half an hour before getting to you. They advertise services that they do not have the equipment to render. Don't worry, they'll take your money first and refuse a refund when they tell you they didn't do what they said they would. The warranty is a complete joke that doesn't actually save any money, especially with the astronomical price and hilarious claim that all four tires need to be rebalanced every time you come in even if there's no shaking. The incompetence and bloated prices are the single biggest slap in the face I've ever received as a consumer. I don't know if this can legally be called a scam but it sure feels like one. Go anywhere else."

"Service center is horrible. Dropped off car for oil change. they told me 30-45 minutes because there was 1 in front of me. Apparently mechanics could not get hood open. So they cancelled the oil change without even letting me know. they never called or texted me although I received a text saying that the car was checked in.. and a few minutes later they had started on the oil change. I went back about 3 hours later and they told me they cancelled because they could not get the hood open. I went out and opened the hood 5 times and walked back in and told them it works as advertised. The guy said he could not get it open. I said i would leave it open and asked how long to get oil change this time. Service adviser said 30-45 minutes and that I was the next one in... They try harder to get out of work than if they just did the work. My very LAST visit to the Walmart Service Center."

"don't waste your time ! They Didn't tell me when I called first that they didn't carry my tieres in store then said they would have to order them then said they don't order the cheapest ones I'd have to order it from Walmart. Com so they don't order tiers from them self ? And then it was going to be three time more expensive then figured and they would get the tiers in the next day but they said who knows when we can put them on I asked this week some time they said probably not I said next week ? They said maybe who knows so I canceled order and went to a place that did it the next day for me for three times cheaper for a good brand tiers I got tires oil change fluids topped off and sticker for cheaper then what Walmart wanted for just tires!"

"Rude, Inexperienced! It was a terrible experience. I had 8am appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. They had the wrong size tire for my appointment and then told me you can't go by what our system says. The gurl said my car would be ready by 9. I came back at 9 and they were just pulling my car in and had taken walk ins ahead if me. When I questioned them. They were mad and rude. The one guy said. Well it happens and there's nothing we can do now. It'll be another hour at least. 6 other people standing around laughing and talking Not doing anything. Other customers are also getting irritated. Things took much longer than they should have. They left grease all over my car handles. My car was dirty and the brand new tires still had the paper on them. First and Last time for Walmart!"
