"Very poor customer service and poor atmosphere! Management smokes every 10 minutes leaving her only staff member by herself at the register when busy! Management is ALWAYS on the phone talking about personal issues in front of customers. Store smells like smoke and sometimes has a haze from the smoke entering the store. Obviously not a welcoming store and needs new staff except poor Marry that works by herself because management is always outside smoking!"
