"I've had allstate the whole seven years I've been driving and until this year I've always had great service and an affordable insurance price. Not only did my insurance go up for no reason before I bought a new car, after I did get a new car they raised my insurance to an unbelievable price that I've recently found out by switching to another company was totally unreasonable. My insurance agent who I've dealt with for seven years was also very rude to me when I called to cancel my policy for no reason. Her tone was mean and the way she raised her voice was totally uncalled for. I am very upset with the quality of service I've had the past six months but specifically the quality of service I've had the past week has been the worst customer service I've ever had with ANY company. I would never recommend Allstate now. I hope they can fix how their company is running."
