"Dr. Kaznoski has been a great provider but we are leaving this practice due to the rudeness of her office staff Connie. We have been at this practice for 3 years and not only have I myself received Connie's rudeness, but my husband, and mother has experienced it across many visits. It is unfortunate to leave a good doctor but this level of customer service is unacceptable."

"Connie, the receptionist is not professional AT all. She comes off annoyed with questions. She uses words like, like I said, I have no idea, we’re not your insurance company, etc… she must explain things incorrectly to Dr Shanna. Today was the last straw. I explained my dissatisfaction with Connie to Dr Shanna and she began defending Connie’s behavior with me. Dr Shana walked out of the room where she was treating my 5 year old saying a few choice words to me. She told me I would NEVER find a Doctor as she walked into her office and shut the door. Connie and her nurse followed her into her office as I basically let myself out. They do not like to be questioned about billing. I would give a zero star if I could for what and how Dr Shanna talked to me in front of my daughter. Very Unprofessional."

"We went there when my newborn was 5 days old for first week check up. Although she seemed nice we had a Terrible experience due to her pushing immediate vaccines down our throat, telling us we could not spread them out to one at a time and we had to follow the schedule. Instead of talking about the needs of a 5 day old baby and milk and other new mom issues, I left upset regarding the vaccines. We left the practice. She obviously does not listen enough to parents concerns or wishes. Additionally the front desk clerk is rude. We found a much better practice that was on the same page with us. Also they did not follow covid practices of wearing masks or virtual visits and sanitizer was not provided In office."

"I've been going to her the last 6 years with my son and she has always been kind and is a wonderful doctor. She knows what she's doing and my son loves her. That being said, recently I havent been having the best experience. The last 5 times i have called it is the same response that she doesnt have office hours that day, or that i cant get in to see her for at least 3+ days. Sometimes that's okay but other times it's not. I called today because my son has a cough. First she tried to dissuade me by saying it is just a cough, and I explained that last time he had a cough it was really an ear infection that had turned into a sinus infection and his eardrum almost burst. I asked if he could be seen Wednesday and I got the same response that she doesn't have office hours that day. When I asked about Monday of next week the secretaries response was I thought you were concerned about his cough. He already has one appointment today and cannot miss two days of school in one week. Her office hours are annoying and I can never see her when I need to and now her secretary is being rude. She's a wonderful doctor but I think it's time to find a new one"

"Dr Shanna is in an amazing pediatrician. She has told me that she never went into Pediatrics to make money she did it because she loves children. If I could give her a hundred gold stars I would! Both my children have been patients of hers for over 4 years. your office provides everything from sick visits to well visits to vaccinations. Her staff is super friendly and have been with her for a long time so you know everybody on a personal basis. Her nurse Ashley is also wonderful! I recommend her office to everyone!"
