Our team includes highly qualified professionals like Stephanie Alexander, a registered nurse since 2008 with a BSN from Marshall University. Her expertise in rehabilitation and psychiatric nursing, along with her specialization in personal care nursing since 2017, ensures that our clients receive the highest quality of care.

In certain situations, family members may act as direct care workers, although individuals with legal responsibilities such as a spouse, parent of a minor child, or court-appointed legal guardians are not eligible for reimbursement. However, individuals with roles like Medical Power of Attorney (MPOA), Power of Attorney (POA), healthcare surrogate, or any other legal representative may provide care if employed by a direct care agency.
