The Gaines Estate, located at 225 West Maple Avenue in Fayetteville, West Virginia, is a historic property with a neo-colonial style mansion that was originally built in 1920. After a fire in 2008, the mansion was restored to its original design and condition in 2012. The estate now serves as a popular meeting, event, and wedding venue, with plans to open a fine dining restaurant in 2024. The mansion features a commercial kitchen, fully stocked cocktail lounge, grand dining room, and three outdoor patios, making it ideal for various events. The newly added Pavilion, located behind the mansion, offers an additional 4000 sq. ft. of space for larger gatherings, with amenities such as a prep kitchen, fully stocked bar, and center stage.
