"Well I’ve been 4 other locations and never once had bad experience. I decided to order from this location(follansbee) and it’s absolutely terrible. DiCarlos is known for cold cheese, I showed up early just so my cheese doesn’t melt. Was told it wasn’t ready yet , waited 5 mins to get my pizza totally melted like the cheese was put in before the oven. Plus the sauce at this location appears to taste different. Very disappointed, as all other locations I’ve tried have all been constantly the same."
