Little Caesars Pizza

"My pizza look like someone put there fingers in my pizza. I asked for extra sauce but the pizza didn't have much sauce on it. Then I noticed they were not have gloves on when they made my pizza so I will never eat there again."

"Waited for 4 minutes while employees were working in the back. I could see them through the ovens with two-sided glass doors, so I know they could see me. One guy showed up in the prep area off the front serving section, and I asked him if he could sell me a pizza. He said, "I could, but I'm cooking." So I asked, "is there anyone else who works here?" He did not answer. A young woman with ear buds in, talking to someone on FaceTime, presently showed up. I told her what pizza I wanted, and then she asked, "anything else?" I pointed to the two sauces I had on the counter. She said, "Eight - ." I said, "what?". Looking at me with a confused look, she says "anything else?" "Just these two sauces, please....What did you say, 8 ...how much"?), I ask. "$8.55," she said, louder. "Anything else?" Oh, brother, I think. Her phone is on the counter in front of her with a boy talking on the screen. She made the right change, but I don't think she charged me for them. The pizza was $7.xx and the sauces were $.94 each. It should have been closer to $10. But, I wasn't going to attempt to have any more unintelligible conversation with this uninvolved individual. Can we not find any good workers? Can we attempt to train people in customer service? Have we, as a society, dropped so low in courtesy to each other we can't be bothered to say PLEASE, THANK YOU, and the dreaded, MAY I HELP YOU? I am sorry this us the only "Pizza, Pizza" store in the area. I doubt I'll return."

"I just ordered from this pizza shop for the first time seeing as I moved to the area I ordered $95 worth of food tip the delivery driver $19. He drove past me as I was standing in my front yard waving at him. I literally told him there should be 18 items I only got 15 and he still walked away and got in his car I'm literally missing three pizzas and none of them had pizza pretzels crust and that's what I ordered it shows it on my receipt I'm very disappointed with this delivery and the fact that I did not get my full order shame on you you should make this right."

"I always appreciate the staff here. They’re kind and go above and beyond. Never mind their food is awesome for the pricing!!! Shoutout to Jamil for taking care of us 5 mins before they closed! I pray for little Caesars sake that he’s the manager for this store and if he isn’t y’all need to think about making him one! Or definitely giving him a raise for his outstanding customer service along with taking care of us 5 mins before closing. Especially since he’s staying later to make sure your customers are satisfied and the store makes money. You rock and have a wonderful weekend, Jamil!!!"

"Ordered lunch for me and my fiancee. The pizza was a mess. Cold cheese was randomly thrown on a portion of the pizza to cover a severely burned spot. Then my fiancee took a bite and ended up with a mouthful of greasy paper. Absolutely unacceptable. That place has gone downhill big time. No quality control. Just disgusting."
