"We decided to stop in for an impromptu dinner after hitting the gym. I got the Porterhouse medium rare. It was spot on! I usually order rare because most places tend to over cook a good cut of beef but this was flavored well and cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the ribs. They were fall off the bone tender. Our service was fantastic. I'll definitely return."

"EDITED: My mom spoke with the manager on duty & he addressed the situation immediately. He informed us that he’d actually had 4 or 5 of the 8 servers he’d scheduled call off, so the few servers working were staying busy. He also was kind enough to offer to take my mom’s meal off the check completely, & took 50% off mine & my husband’s, which we greatly appreciate. It will probably still be a while before we eat there again, but we do appreciate the manager’s attentiveness. Side note: the manager used to wait tables himself & commented that he’d gladly jump in & wait tables, but company policy won’t allow managers to wait tables? That’s ridiculous! Hadn’t eaten here in a while….& won’t eat here again for a longer while. The only food that was decent was the rolls & potato skins — none of our 5 entrees were great. Even worse was the service. They told us upon arrival that a server had called off — 1 server — I don’t think that justifies our server not returning to the table after bringing our food. She never checked to see if our food was good or if we needed anything else — no refills, no condiments for my mom’s burger — she had to pack it up to go home because it was dry as a bone."

"Have usually enjoyed the food when we ordered takeout so decided to give the dine in experience a try. It was around 2-3 p.m. dead house maybe one other group in there at the time we got our drinks placed our order. Food was okay a little on the warm side rather than warm. Never got any refills the whole 35-40 mins we was there. One of the people I was with didn’t hardly eat anything and wanted to take it home we asked for a box but after about 15-20 mins we had to get up and let someone else know we needed a box and already asked for one. The lady rolled her eyes and brought one out. Another couple came in older dressed nicer then we was (it was a lazy day for us) was greeted and seemed like they were way more welcome then us. Our bill came out to $90 which was awful for the food and experience we have had. I paid Without saying anything. My girlfriend called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager his name was Kenny and he promised us and looked up how I paid and took down info and said we would get a full refund. That also never happened. It seems this place has been going downhill for awhile now and they don’t care about there customers and only say and do things to make them happy or resolve the situation at that time. Easy to say we will be taking our business to longhorn or outback from now on."

"What can I say..... food was horrible all three steaks were raw sent it back and got microwaved steaks. Shrimp was raw only cooked on one side it's was horrible. Wife's burger sliders were raw meat inside maybe on grill for 2 seconds. First batch of rolls were burnt then the next straight dough centers. Server was only the alright thing."

"First time eating at a Logan's and it was incredible. This location had amazing service, very good food, and well priced. This one time was better than my experiences at Texas Road House locations combined. Very delicious and will definitely eat here again. Ordered the waffle fries as a side but they did not come out with the food, I asked the chief when he brought out the food and he said corporate kept switching their fries and wasn't sure if they had them. I told him it was fine and within 10 minutes he brought me out a free side of waffle fries that he specifically looked for to see if they had. Went out of his way for me. Very amazing service. Definitely an amazing location!"
