"When I had a battery issue with my car, Jay's got me in the same day despite me having called them in the afternoon (and not early in the morning). They could have told me I needed a new battery and I probably would have believed them, but they were honest and told me they found the battery simply needed to be charged. To top it off they didn't even charge me. This was my first experience with Jay's. "Probably the single most important thing for me when going to an auto repair is Trust. I want to know that they want to give me the best work at a fair price. I have had almost nothing but poor experiences at auto dealerships so I'm naturally skeptical. However, Jay's did a great job on my car. They did work that made sense for me financially for the long term by replacing both front break calipers and rotors instead of just the one to save on expensive labor costs.
