"I’ve been a client of this State Farm office for the last 2 years and have mainly just done everything online. I recently came into the office to have a policy changed over to insure a vanlife van. James was so helpful and knowledgeable and he clearly enjoys his job. He made sure to get all the material that was needing to be processed by underwriting from me over the course of the week. Everything got approved and in a timely manner. When I was in the office, Shane Ennis stopped in and it was my first time meeting him as well. He made me feel like I was a part of the State Farm Insurance “family” which seems silly to say, but it was the personal touch I wasn’t expecting. Before going into their office I was thinking it was going to be like going to the DMV or something, but instead I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the whole process was. "State Farm was okay, but Shane's office has been awful to work with. They've spelled my name wrong at least twice in sending forms, requiring email exchanges to resend. I emailed Shane for an update about policy changes 9/15/2023 and see my new policy doesn't have them in NOV2023. This is after multiple exchanges. Working with James from the office, I've had a couple emails/questions ignored, requiring follow up. I get the impression they are unconcerned with what I'm concerned with, from their action and their professionalism."
