"Came in with my daughter who was bleeding and in terrible pain from her back bracket of her braces that came undone causing the wire to go into her cheek. They took care of her immediately- taking her out of that excruciating pain she was in with such care. They were wonderful! So thankful for the immediate care and attention they gave her."

"I would have given 5 stars if the receptionist was a lot more professional.I had an appointment at 9am and the door was still closed when I got here at 9am. A dental assistant showed up shortly after 9am and asked me if I was a patient. I said yes and she told me she doesn’t work at this dental office usually so she doesn’t also have a key to the door. Around 9:10am, the receptionist finally came. No apologies to neither the dental assistant or me, just opened the door and went in… It took another 15 mins for her to tell me “sign here”… to check in… I mean she doesn’t have to be nice to all patients but like this particular dental office, it’s the emergency dental office and people are in pain or need help urgently. A little friendliness would make patients feel better maybe, instead of chewing gum and leaving patients. On the other hand, I truly appreciate the dentist and this dental assistant for helping me when needed. 3 hours total. I hope my tooth is ok now though."

"I cracked a molar and was able to get in for an appointment within 24 hrs. The dentist and dental technician not only calmed me down when I was upset about my bad teeth (I'm no stranger to dental emergencies), but they were also understanding and empathetic to my situation - I had just moved to Seattle and was temporarily between jobs, i.e., temporarily without any sort of dental insurance. My cracked molar requires a crown but they were able to cover it with a temporary filling that will hopefully get me through to January when my dental coverage kicks in. As mentioned, I'm no stranger to dental emergencies so I can tell you that their prices are reasonable as well. Dental care is never cheap, but I was able to get seen and treated for the same amount I would have paid at my previous dentist. I'm VERY grateful for this place! They saved me from a lot of pain and a lot of stress!!!"

"Very grateful that this service, this office is here! My daughter was in a lot of pain with four wisdom teeth that were in dire need of being removed. Very happy to have a service like this that's open on a weekend! Because emergencies happen! The staff were all friendly, caring and helpful. I thought that this being an emergency office, the price would be a lot higher. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful!"

"I really hope someone higher up in management sees this because they need to know how amazing & wonderful their staff was today! I had an appointment, 10/21 at 9am this morning. I had been having tooth pains in different spots & they were recommended to me by a coworker. I’m new to Seattle so I don’t know where a lot of things are. They all told me their names but I’m horrible at remembering. The woman at the front, such a sweetheart! She told me straight up how much everything was going to be before they did anything which was great because my dental insurance doesn’t start until November. Loved her. The doctor & his assistant were so kind, funny, & really caring. Turns out I needed a wisdom tooth removed & the doctor (who was also an oral surgeon) told me he could remove it today right then & there. I asked how long it was going to take because I had paid parking & had about 30 minutes left on the meter. He told me total time to numb & remove it would be about 10 minutes. True to his word, he got my mouth numbed & that tooth removed in about 10 minutes. If I ever felt any pain, he would stop immediately & apply more numbing so I wouldn’t feel anything. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them if you’re having any emergency tooth pain or any dental emergency! Honestly, I really wish I could just make them my primary dentist, they were that great & that’s how much I recommend seeing them."
