"Rude. Packages aren’t getting delivered. Went in to check to see if there’s an issue and to let them know my packages aren’t getting delivered even though it says delivered on the app and the clerk literally shrugged and asked “where do you want it delivered”. At my house of course. And he just shrugged and walked away while saying “I don’t know”."

"Why would I need to fill out a form to start mail at a new address if I’ve already completed an address change online? The point of using the online address change tool is to avoid an office visit. How can they not understand this? If procedure requires this form to be filled out it should be specified during the online change of address process. This way someone does not waist time waiting on mail that this post office never intends to deliver because of the added step."

"A package I was waiting for with a tracking number said it was delivered at 6 P.M. but I physically received my mail and a different package at 2 P.M. that same day. Another words it is lost. I tried to call my post office but got a generic answering machine not at Coupeville. The voice mail is the most incredibly, annoying experience I have ever had to endure and I have yet to hear anything back from them."

"I’m 67 years old and never had a problem with postal service until the last few years. The delivery of mail and packages by the USPS has deteriorated drastically. I feel like we’re now in a third world country. It is sad for America and Americans. I don’t know if it’s just Coupeville or entire nation, but it’s sad regardless."

"Inconsistent service at best. Our mail goes to the wrong address at least once a week (and their mail gets delivered to us). And now it appears the post office has decided not to deliver our packages, they are being held for "pick up"."
