Self defense for women in Shelton, Washington

Northwest Shaolin Kenpo Association is a health institution located at 80 East Lavender Lane, Shelton, Washington, United States. This institution offers Short Term ‘Police Academy for Civilians’ classes through C.O.B.R.A., designed for professionals, realtors, students, seniors, and the disabled. It is not a traditional martial arts program. Specializing in women’s self-defense training, the focus is on developing skills for self-protection to build confidence and competence. The institution also offers 1 & 2 day workshops for men, women, students, and professionals. Headed by Great Grandmaster Rob Castro, who is the head of The International Shaolin Kenpo Association, students can learn more about Shaolin Kenpo and reserve their spot for classes. Rob Castro has also been seen interacting and sharing moments with students, including signing autographs after teaching. Additionally, he has been pictured with Action Movie Star Grandmaster Eric Lee, known as the ‘King of KATA’.
