Additionally, the park offers a boat launch parking permit for those looking to access the water. City Code specifies the park hours, with Lighthouse Park closing between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. from October 1st to April 30th, and between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. from May 1st to September 30th.
