"Had my first appt at Kinwell and the staff were so genuinely kind and professional. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Samantha at the front desk, Tina the medical assistant was so patient and took her time with me, and Carla the PA answered and explained all questions I had with clarity and simplicity. Overall, the bedside manner was phenomenal by the entire staff. I felt well taken care and safe as a patient. I haven’t felt this well way about a clinic in years! Will definitely continue coming to Kinwell and hope they never lose this spark about them."

"This is a referral facility posing as a clinic. If you stub your toe on the front door they will refer you elsewhere for treatment. No medicine is practiced here, only billing. You can book an appointment here, but when you show up you will not be given as much as a band-aid or an aspirin. This is “medical care” without the “medical” or the “care.”"
