Even though he was very busy, he was able to fit time in for a very mysterious and frustrating mechanical issue that had kept my car from getting above 40mph for days. He took the time to explain the issues to me, to make clear what my options were and what the repercussions of them could be, and to give me general Subaru ownership advice. He didn't overcharge one bit and actually saved me a lot of money compared to what I thought I would have to spend. He even cleaned my headlights for free. He fixed my car two months ago and it's been running great ever since. Thank you Mike, you were a beacon for this young road-tripper.
