"I'm not sure what's going on, but no one ever answers the phone. You get a voicemail saying they only take calls Tuesday-Thursday, to leave a message. You do, and no one ever calls you back. I then tried calling back every day Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and same deal, right to voicemail and no returned call. Is this place even still in business? I ended up having to cut my own hair. 3 out of 5 stars for my own hair cut, though."

"There are hair stylists, and then there’s Brenda. She’s a true artist; just check out her instagram! I have gone to some of the finest salons in Seattle in search of a good haircut for my fine, thin hair and then found this gem of a salon in Mount Vernon. Brenda is not only warm and personable, she is knowledgeable and talented. She gave me a lot of pointers on how to maintain my new style and I have received a lot of compliments on my hair cut. This was my first appointment at The Experience salon and I have already booked my next haircut. Highly recommend."

"I get so many compliments on my haircut. Shout out to HEATHER, my hairstylist! Also, I really appreciate it how she takes her time to massage my head and neck while in the wash bowl. I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a new hair dresser!! P.S. Frankie makes the best coffee's! Thank you both for a great experience."
