"pretty laid back but not as in where people don't help you. in fact, it's quite the contrary. everyone who works here are always available to assist you if you have questions.(unless they are all currently helping someone at the same time. which, rarely happens). the chiropracture will pop you, give you a hand to stand up, and ask you what days can you come in. they have a list of stretches to do. and, after doing everything correctly, i feel better. they also are pretty in depth with measuring resistance (arms legs, etc), taking x-rays, and basically everything else. the people who come in are pleasant to be around. so, no need to worry."
