I have, however, sent them quite a few emails with questions and they have always responded promptly, courteously, and professionally. 3. I have purchased gold from them and sold gold to them, and they are fair in their pricing and transactions. 4. Recently I had a coin which I had not purchased through them, and they cheerfully checked the precious metals content for me - at no charge. 5. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would do so, a great local store that treats you like family!!"
