"I enjoyed checking out the new office. The staff are overall nice. I went to give my 3 year old a drink from the water fountain after our visit and it about traumatized her for life. The water started out slow and normal but the longer I held the button down it suddenly shot straight up enough to drench the wall with water all while my daughter thinking she’s leaning in to get a sip of water gets her whole face, half her hair and her whole shirt wet.Her Crying I mentioned why there isn’t a sign and the receptionist just says she’s asked for one and for it to be fixed happens all the time and she’s not allowed to add a sign. I told her an out of order sign is only respectful and necessary. This was the small children’s water faucet. As she watched it all happen I caught offense quickly. My daughter still to this day won’t use a water fountain now once being her very favorite thing. It practically drowned her as she tried to take a sip. This alone will probably prevent me from returning to this office. Not to mention the wait time when we were the only ones in the office."

"We haven't been impressed with this place. Our 2 year old twins just started coming here. Long wait times with 1 small toy in the lobby to keep them entertained. We had a negative experience with one of the male nurse practitioners. He was very cold and he scared my 2 year old son who had a yeast rash. Why work in pediatrics if you're not good with kids?"

"Dr. Bryan is incredibly kind and understanding. Truly the best. Our experiences with the valley location have always been good with all providers."

"This has been the worst pediatric practice we have ever dealt with on many levels. We have noticed multiple insurance claims that don’t reflect what was done. They do not comply with Washington State Heath Care Authority with what a well-child visit covers. When we specifically said we didn't want a prescription sent in, they did it anyway and billed it as a double visit, which caused us to be charge an extra fee. Lastly, the communication with this office and between its staff is deplorable. We tried to get issues resolved for 4 months and every time they would say we would get a call back, and it never happened. Even after all of this, they said they would not meet with patients parents in person to resolve issues, but would only do it over the phone. Just a warning if you have a child seen here, keep a close eye on insurance claims/charges past and present. You will catch similar things as us. Would never recommend this practice."

"I recently visited Mt Spokane Pediatrics with my newborn. I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. The waiting area was child-friendly, with colorful decor and a selection of toys and books to keep young patients entertained. What impressed me the most was the short wait time. We were seen promptly, which is a big plus when you have a little one in tow. Dr. Bryan Cress was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and caring. The examination rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the entire office had a comforting ambiance. Overall, my experience at this pediatrician's office was excellent. I left feeling confident in the care my child received and grateful for the professionalism and compassion of the staff. I would highly recommend this practice to any parent seeking quality healthcare for their child."
