"Loses a star because it's oddly twice as expensive to order a medium pizza in person than to do so online. So, we sat in the store and ordered online. Ridiculous."
"We've been regular customers over the past few years but the accuracy is not good anymore. I ordered pizzas tonight because it's a busy night and I need to get the family fed quickly, only to realize upon getting home that I was given the wrong pizza. I called and was told they can remake it but I need to wrap the pizza back up to return (even though it now can't be sold), put the kids back in the car, and go back over there, wasting an hour of time. Now I have two grumpy kids. I would just live with it, except I'm allergic to one of the ingredients on this pizza. Overall, just a major hassle and the service is poor. I won't return."
"We order from this papa murphys a couple times a month and the pizza is always really good. I always order online for pick up and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's always wrong. Adding toppings I didn't even order. Last week they added pineapple and last night they added onions and tomatoes to a meat pizza. They are quick to re make it but now we are in the habit of checking the pizza before we leave the store"

Every time I go, I am struck by just how great the employees are. I even accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and went to pick it up at where I thought I had ordered it. Not only did they offer to just make it there, they did it quickly and with out any issue."
