"I like this place, Its a great location. You can even catch the bus out front to downtown. Comfortable mattresses and the staff is amazing."

"DO NOT STAY HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!! When we checked in, our shoes stuck to the floor. There were crumbs and bits of white goo everywhere on the floor. There was a hole in the wall. The bed had been made but the sheets were not changed, stains and hair. Went downstairs to ask for a room change the guy at the desk tried to tell me that "since we didn't ask him within the first 15 minutes we couldn't change the room". I then let him know that it shouldn't have looked like that when he checked in and he caved and moved us. Our new room still had goo, unchanged sheets, no working air conditioning, no water pressure, crumbs all over the floor, etc. I have attached pictures of everything. We stayed only because the floors weren't too sticky in the new room and we didn't have anywhere to stay so we sucked it up and barely spent time at the hotel anyways. Overall 0/10. Management acted like they were surprised at the state of the room but they know. They're not stupid, just lazy."

"-All the floors (shower, bathroom, and room) were slimy. -Non smoking room smelled like smoke. -Sheets had hair, Sand and black specks all over them. -Door security lock was busted off like it had been kicked in. -Loud I will not be staying again."

"First thing that was said to me was that I need a $200⁰⁰ deposit on a $100⁰⁰ room, this was supposed to be refunded when I checked out. It took three weeks for it to be refunded. When I called the hotel they blamed my bank when I called my bank, I was told that the funds were not released from the hotel. It's funny most of the time the refund happens before I get into my car, but not this time. Next was the bathroom was filthy there were spots on the bathroom floor, mold in the shower, and toothpaste spit in the sink. No cups for the coffee pot that didn't work anyway. I would have been better off sleeping in my car!"

"Worst place I've ever stayed at! Not a pleasant place to stay the housekeeping staff were more friendly then the front desk people. The morning breakfast is nothing more then Continental with a waffle iron, and they have a staff member watching to make sure you don't take food to your room! The room was clean, but not carpeted, and the TV didn't work right, the volume would shut off by itself. When I notified the front desk, he tried to explain how to fix it, but didn't work. I just put up with it. The worst part of my stay was they billed me twice for the same stay! It was a big hassle to get straightened out. They kept trying to blame someone else, and weren't helpful at all, I could hear the "manager" yelling at the desk clerk on the phone! Fortunately, my c.u. got it straightened out. Avoid this place!!"
