"I recently just bought a Honda CRV here and had a very positive overall experience. Grant Williams in sales was kind and helpful and not pushy about me buying. He ensured that I test drove a couple vehicles and pointed out details on each car and helped answer my questions! When it came time to buying my vehicle, one of the managers at Honda, Kris Boynton, helped a lot too and made the buying experience smoother. Lastly, I was very impressed and had an excellent experience with the finance guy Joe. He was super awesome and kind and just helpful in answering all of my questions. My one minor complaint about the buying the car process here was that I didn’t feel like I was super included or completely explained the breakdown of all of the final costs or the finance options. This part was a bit rushed and not explained until it came time to sign everything— which at that point I was working with finance guy Joe who then explained everything and was wonderful to work with. Definitely a great experience over all!"

"I am so frustrated. I stopped in to make an appointment to get my touchscreen fixed as it is cracked. They said they would order it. I waited almost 2 weeks. I called again, the part did not get ordered. The parts department was very helpful and got it ordered. He transferred me to the service department. I had to leave a message. After several days I called again as no one called me back. I spoke to service; the part is in and she was going to set up an appointment. She kept putting me on hold and finally the phone hung up on her end. She did not call back. I called back and left another message and it’s been several days and no one has gotten back with me. I give up! We have bought several cars from them but this is so frustrating that we may have to go elsewhere!"

"I didn't purchase my car here but thank you for taking care of me service department! I had a warning light on and also a recall that needed to be taken care of. I stopped in on Friday afternoon, on my way to a friends house in Puyallup, and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday on my way home to Forks. Everything was covered under warranty. I also received a complimentary car wash. You're the best! Thank you for your kindness and superior customer service!"
