"In the store today at 1030. All kinds of people behind the desk. Not one to come out on the floor to assist. I guess with the price of lumber my little list of $300.00 is not worth getting up for. Home Depot will gladly assist and take my money. UPDATE: Updating this to 3 stars. After consideration I guess it’s not their fault. It’s a business and right now construction is where the moneys at. Not the little guy trying to fix things. UPDATE: Parr Lumber marketing just now reached out two years later. People involved are probably no longer there. Home Depot and Lowe’s although farther away are my go to stores. My review stands. Parr Lumber is for the contractors. Box stores are for DIY folks."

"On June 10th, a truck load of material was delivered to our home. We were not notified of a delivery on that day. The materials were off loaded in front of our garage, making it impossible to park or remove cars. In addition, the driver took down our internet cable. It took the internet techs, approximately 7 hours to repair the damage that was done. We spent a large amount of money on this material and were disappointed with all of this, not to mention the inconvenience yesterday. I will add that the assistant manager was sent to move the delivery and that was done in a timely manner. Would I do business here again? No."
