"Great Northwest Installations created a wonderful safe atmosphere. They were very respectful coming to our home to install a tankless water heater upgrade. The office staff worked with our schedule coming from Battleground to Southhill Puyallup can be a bit challenging but plumber Austin was on time, worked very efficiently and provided excellent customer care. "I knew I wanted to replace my 15-year-old gas water heater with an electric heat pump water heater; I just didn’t realize that the old water heater would start to leak before I could calmly do the required research to accomplish this task. I went to the Electrify Now website and contacted everyone on their list of recommended installers. Great Northwest Installations had by far the most knowledge about heat pump water heaters, converting from gas to electric, the best price and the earliest appointment. I spoke with Prima on Friday; I committed on Monday and Tim installed the water heater on Tuesday morning. I’m so excited to have this technology in my house and it looks great in the garage as well. "I highly recommend Great Northwest Installations. During the January 2024 ice storm I had a pipe burst. All the plumbers had long waiting lists. A friend recommended Great Northwest Installations. Steve was great on the phone and kept me updated about getting service. Their tech Tim was able to come even though my street was solid ice. Tim diagnosed the issue then went above and beyond by using my shovel to break up the ice in the driveway so he had a safe path into my house. He explained everything he did and gave preventative suggestions for the future. Five days without water is no fun. I wish I had called them sooner."
