Established in 2012, Island Hoppin’ Brewery is passionate about using quality grains and local ingredients in their beer-making process. They source their hops directly from local farms in Washington, ensuring freshness and supporting the local community. Owners Nate and Becca Schons, along with their business partner Jim Parker, started Island Hoppin’ Brewery with just a few carboys in their garage.
