"This is the first time in my adult life that a haircut was so bad that I cried. Even after showing the stylist a picture of myself with what I wanted, I got a very different, much shorter, uneven cut. The manager was WONDERFUL in correcting the mangled cut so it was at least symmetrical. She didn't charge me, and also offered a future service at no charge. I returned in May 2023. Had to wait almost an hour for a stylist because she forgot she was scheduled to work that day. I asked for a short cut that looked feminine, and showed her previous styles that I had in the past that I liked. I emphasized that I wanted it to look FEMININE. I left with a cut that looked like a men's haircut from the 1980s. In the future, I will ONLY go when the manager is there. I did see some stylists doing some very fine coloring, though."
