The establishment was founded in 2009 by Mark Eggen with a mission to provide a fresh and delicious experience for guests while supporting the community. Hops n Drops now spans three states and employs over 1000 team members, with Mark's son Kevin Eggen as CEO. The menu offers a variety of American classics with a twist, all made in-house with care. "I rarely leave reviews, but my husband and I were so impressed by this establishment, I felt it necessary. We were traveling through and have never eaten at a Hops n Drops before, but we were told at our hotel they were a decent pub style restaurant, and genuinely, they are. For a chain restaurant, we were very impressed with the quality of food and drinks- everything we had was delicious. We appreciated they had a variety of options for those with dietary restrictions (gf) and were so helpful suggesting substitutions. More noteworthy, however, was the service we received. Every staff member we encountered, every single one, was polite and genuinely friendly. That being said, our server, Ari, was exceptional, truly. My husband and I were so impressed by her professionalism and people skills. If we are ever back in the area, we will make this a stop due to our interaction with her alone."
