"Unfortunately I had the worst experience here- I contacted the salon manager Brylee after my terrible cut and color that resulted in damaged hair and a $600 bill and she offered $150 in credit but then reneged on that and won’t respond to me. She also wouldn’t give me contact information for the owner. I have never had such a terrible experience and I won’t be recommending LoneStar to anyone"
