"I was looking for a new place for a regular cut and color after moving back to the Des Moines area, and booked in with Timmy based on the salon reviews. The entire experience from start to finish was hair and salon perfection. I have truly never been happier with a cut and color (I had full highlights done and Timmy is an artist). Timmy’s honesty, kindness in explaining different options for my hair (I know nothing about hair, so Timmy explained it for me so patiently), the salon vibe - it was just all perfect. In a way, I’m unsure what to say to adequately convey how great my entire experience was. I visited once, and I’ll be a client forever. My extremely haircut-adverse husband-who-prefers-to-shave-his-own-head-even-though-he-doesn’t-like-how-it-looks-to-avoid-barbers visited Timmy and he now understands why I am immediately so enamored with Timmy. My husband has never been happier with a haircut, and he has never looked so polished. He plans to go back every 6 weeks. That’s more often than I go. And he hates haircuts. Or at least he used to. Honestly? In a nutshell? The other five star reviews are true. Timmy rocks."
"Jennifer is amazing! Very nice young lady, gentle, and her ability as a nail tech is the BEST! I'm picky about dipping nails & I'm extremely pleased with Jennifer's job. Found my new nail shop and will be back in 3 wks. 12/3. Great Christmas nails! Thank Jennifer! 4/23 Cindy is fabulous! Apex is solid, acrylic or powder is fantastic. She's nicest person, perfectionist, works too hard, and I hope she wins a huge lottery so she can see her family more. She's sought after for her nails. ALL stars are for Cindy! Luv her!"
