"Last month I came through the Sullivan Dutch Bros to buy 12 gift cards for a large company and their employees that have birthdays in Jan. The gal that helped me was super nice. This time, I came back and it was a different experience. This girl today seemed a bit irritated, I asked for gift card sleeves and she said that she only had a few and didn’t want to give me 11 (the amount of gift cards I purchased), she wanted to save some for others. First, not my fault they don’t have enough sleeves for their gift card sales. Then she says, can I give you 10? I said sure. She gave me 7. I said “but this isn’t 10”. She pulled a funny face, and said “ok fine” and gave me 3 more. I won’t be back next month to purchase any more gift cards from DB because of the Blonde gal working the window today at 3:10. I will give a different coffee hut a try and see if they are happier to receive our business."

"I LOVE dutch bros.. but this location is super slow.. i hit it at random times.. but with 3 cars in front I shouldn't be waiting for more than 15 minutes. The Pines and other locations I've visited are much faster."

"I love Dutch. I used to work there for quite some time so I expect high quality, consistent drinks every time. Not just this stand but at the majority of them my drink is always wrong. This is because a good amount of the time the employee isn’t typing my order in on the iPad as I’m telling it to them. I just went through this stand around 7:45 and I ordered a small lite ice white chocolate chai with cinnamon powder and she forgot lite ice and cinnamon powder. It’s not a huge deal but when you’re paying over $5 for a small drink you want it to be correct. I’m really picky about my flavoring and the sweetness which is why I order lite ice, now my drink is super sweet because she didn’t type it in/: very easy fix."
