There were several challenges involved in reaching the day of closing and each one was met and handled with a positive outlook, expertise and patience. Joanne was always ready and able to help, providing info, answering questions, offering suggestions and recommendations but always supportive of our decisions. I would also like to put in a word for the three private contractors that worked for us: Sound Septic Services, RJ's, Inc. Services (water and sewer connection), Earth Tech Construction (roof and skylight replacement). All of whom did a great job.
