All pets must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations before booking any service. Boarding check-out is by 11 am Monday-Friday, with options for half-day daycare or day boarding if needed. Check-in time is after 12 pm Monday-Friday, with early drop-off options available for daycare or day boarding until the kennel is ready at 12 pm. Weekend check-in is between 8-9 am or 6-7 pm only, with urgent questions addressed via text or email. Pets must be flea and tick-free, or a Capstar tablet will be administered at the owner's expense. We offer boarding for dogs, cats, and small animals, with access to kennel cams through our app for owners to check in on their pets. Bookings require a 50% deposit, refundable if cancelled within 48 hours (72 hours for holidays). Early check-in and specific pick-up times are available for an additional fee.
