"After reading online that they were open until 7pm, my family arrived at 10 minutes til 5pm to see this sign on the door and then told by the staff inside that they actually closed at 5pm. All we got from Classic Coffee was disappointed kids who’d been hoping for cocoa."

"First time here so I can only speak to the particular barista that was there at the time. I ordered a hot milk-based espresso drink. Definitely need either some additional training, or just care put into the drinks. Really sloppily made. Milk foam was terrible, rough with huge inconsistent bubbles, drink was way too hot (milk shouldn't be heated over 150 degrees max but it burned my mouth instantly), and was asked directly if I wanted to leave a tip and how much, which was really off-putting and awkward. Maybe I'll go back for a pastry, but not coffee."

"Weird experience in the drive thru. We went here in person before and although it took forever (don’t blame the barista— she was the only person working even though we saw someone come to the front briefly but didn’t offer to help her idk why) I wanted to give this place another shot and figured drive thru would be quicker. Anyway so today we went through the drive thru and ordered 3 hot chocolate’s and the barista (idk if it’s the same one from a couple weeks ago) asked “and will you be leaving a tip today?” Okay… awkward to put us on the spot like that so we said sure and then she asked how much. We left a $5 tip and I told my husband “oh that was awkward, I prefer the iPad method if anything.” And he said “I’m not sure why she even asked since they have a tip jar in the window that I could have left a tip in.” I think it just makes for a very uncomfortable interaction. I don’t ever tip in the drive thru at any establishment and now I’ll probably be avoiding this place. I normally tip 20% but this is one of those “tipping culture is getting out of hand” situations. We even noted that the menu items seemed expensive during our first trip here but I assumed it was because they paid their barista’s well."

"I drive the past this place often so I figured I’d give it a try. When I tell you I was not impressed, I’m being nice. It was so underwhelming. I paid $10 for a couple slices of turkey on bread. It was awkward and not very welcoming. For this little sandwich I waited probably 10-12 minutes after ordering which is understandable if they’re making it fresh but it’s a frozen sandwich they just warm up."
