"The store is well laid out and they had everything we needed for my wife's cough. The employees were helpful and cheerful especially considering it was early after the long holiday."

"Needed a new pair of hair trimming scissors. Walked in, found a decent, quality pair, walked around and somehow approached the register with several items. The variety of products that Walgreens stores carry, for being one of the still smaller "grocery" stores, is actually quite convenient. And they carry liquor to boot!"

"The other day. I had called the 114th orchards WA store and spoke to a Sierra in the pharmacy department. I let her know i was going to try my best to pick up my meds , that had been ready for over a week at this point . I Reassured her i had a few day left . i didnt want them pulled. She told me she would put a note on them. no sooner then sierra siad this. I broke down on the phone .telling Sierra the reason why i have not been able to pick up my medications , was because. on the 26th of February my only son was hit by a car as he was walking inside of a crosswalk . He was rushed by Ambulance to SOUTH WEST E.R Every since the 26th of February has been met with more questions then answers. Startting with staff at E.R not ordering a ct and or mri. On my sons hurting neck back and chest. ALL the way to the cops that never checked on my son at the ER. Within the 9 hours we were at the Er. wich i feel was the reasion for lack of care that my son reseaved. Sierra. She not only gave me words of well wishes. She called me back lastnight . to let me know. if i cloudnt make it by lastnight. That she would be working today and if she seen that . i didnt pick up by lastnight . She would re order my medications. So that the clock would reset for a week. Sierra let me know that now i could focus on my son and that my medications would be there waitting for me . when i could get in to pick it up . Sierra thankyou for truly going above and beyond your job description. Thankyou for giveing me peace of mind that people still care about the well being of a Complete stranger. Thankyou for your kind words. Im truly grateful.."

"Needed insulin as I was completely out and the walgreens I typically go to was closed. Went so fast as to get my insurance to provide a number for an override as there was apparently "no options to fill it early" (yet it took me 10 min with my insurance for approval) . I was then told they were completely out and unable to provide me with any other type of insulin as insurance companies "don't like doing that". The entire time I'm being told things like "you know this is a lot of work for me to look this up" with each conversation I had in the tone of me just being a burden the entire time. I wasn't rude, I wasn't disrespectful up until the point where I stop the conversation, said I'm going to a Walmart pharmacy and just buying it (at a quarter the price, without prescription) and hung up on the woman who condensendingly started to talk at me. If you're going to put so little effort in helping me get insulin please just don't answer the phone next time. It'll save us both time, though I assume you answer to waste yours."

"Pharmacist has the worst work ethic. Instead of calling me to tell me the rx needs clarification. They flagged it and then waited til closing time to call. Then asked me if they could call my doctor but because of the delays they have to wait 2 days to call my doctor. Which screws up the entire timeline of this medication. I'm never using this pharmacy or coming to the store again."
