"Kevin was really great to work with. I don’t know if it’s always been this way but I’ve noticed that a lot of these places that buy and sell precious metals have a terrible phone presence. I’ll call a place and often end up feeling like I am a nuisance or otherwise bothering them for calling to ask them a question. Kevin was friendly, professional, and informative. It was a super smooth transaction and I plan to work with them again! Also, if you’re unsure about their hours, they’re actually super solid about updating their store hours on their website. Definitely give them a call though if you’re ever curious about anything. When you take a moment to stop and think of all the words to describe the feeling of owning and being able to hold your gold in your hand, you might find that it's really difficult to come up with enough words to describe the truly surreal emotions one can feel swirling around in their psyche.
