"Came in with my son's basketball team. Everyone was so friendly. Food was tasty. I had ordered a few more pizzas to go, and the lady assumed I don't eat pork (I wear a head covering) so she changed the pizza cutter to a new one to avoid any cross contamination. I didn't even ask. You guys have a new repeat customer from this alone! Thank you"
"The quantity of toppings added to my pizza has begun to diminish and the service is now disappointing. The staff Ive had the misfortune of interacting with seemingly doesn't want to be there and it makes it hard to give my money over to people who treat me like an inconvenience. MOD used to be great, such a shame."
"Server was very nice, however the pizza was subpar. For one, they upped the prices so for a higher rate, at an artisanal pizza shop, I would expect they would up their quality or at least keep it consistent.. the sauce was minimal / less than usual, so was cheese and toppings. There was over an inch of crust all the way around the pizza which caused there to be little food that was actually topped and filling. For over $10 per mini pizza, definitely expected more. Please train your servers/pizza builders to top better and get the sauce/toppings farther out… and care more about quality! I may not return to this location again due to this. I was starving and had to skip breakfast, only have a short lunch break today so didn’t have a choice but to stick with it or I would’ve walked out without paying or taking it :( I don’t think this was on the server, most likely management and training protocols"
"A picture is worth a thousand words. Burnt. Skimped on everything. You literally could not have put less sauce if you tried. And while it has nothing to do with the terrible pizza, the "no name cake" is now $3.50 EACH? First time I ate here was basically the same. Always try to give a second chance. Failed. Yuck."
