The kind lady walked me through how we may could handle delivery & made great suggestions on the arrangement. When I asked if she’d mind sending me a picture via text, she didn’t hesitate. And it was beautiful. When they realized the theatre delivery wasn’t going to happen as planned, they called me back, & we brainstormed. I ended up having my friend stop by their shop to pick it up. Since I had already paid for delivery, she offered to add more flowers. My friend was so surprised & also commented on how nice everyone was.
