"I called Ford Electric because my plumber recommended them to add a couple extra feet of wiring to my new pressure tank. Originally we would have to wait acouple of days but in no time at all, they called back due to a cancelation. In the meantime, my plumber was able to install my new pressure tank without having to have the extra wiring. They were booked and because of the situation squeezed me in and found that the 90A breaker had to be replaced. The second time my electric baseboard heaters stopped working and they quickly found that a new thermostat was required. "1. They do not take any form of electronic payment! 2. Had a on-site estimate done for a simple job, 3 weeks later when the technician showed up for the install, he did not have all the parts to complete the job. 3. When they did get back to finish the job, it’s was left incomplete. Circuit brakers were not labeled properly for the changes and some of the heat in the house no longer worked. 4. It took four trips to complete a simple job. We received our estimate 3/15/2022, scheduled as soon as we could, three months and four trips later we have a generator hookup installed…"
